Location

Manta Livin sits roughly 100 meters from the Indian Ocean, on the highest cliff in South Uluwatu — within the same corridor as Bvlgari Resort, Six Senses, Alila, and Four Seasons. This stretch of coastline is one of Bali’s most tightly held addresses; unbuilt clifftop plots of this scale rarely come to market. The site is approximately 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport and close to Nyang Nyang Beach and Melasti.

Concept

Rather than treating wellness as an add-on amenity, Manta Livin is designed around it as a foundation. The villa collection, spread across roughly 0.8 hectares, is organized conceptually around four elements — water, land, fire, and air — creating a residential ecosystem intended for conscious, health-oriented living rather than a standard resort-style complex. A shared pool-bar and landscaped grounds anchor the community between the villas.

Construction & Architecture

The villas are built using 3D concrete printing (3DCP) technology, developed in partnership with Legends3D, allowing architectural forms and precision that are difficult to achieve with conventional construction methods. Structural frameworks and pool shells carry a 10-year warranty. As with any newer construction technique, we’d encourage buyers to review the technical and engineering documentation directly with the developer as part of their due diligence.
