Prices & Payment Terms
A reservation fee of THB 500,000 is required to secure your villa at Banyan Tree Residences Sichon. This will be subtracted from your final payment when your villa is completed and handed-over.
Within 14 days of reservation a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be signed and a further 20% deposit will be due.
During construction staged payments will be required based upon construction milestones:
– After the completion of the foundations, a payment of 15% of the purchase price will be due.
– Following the completion of the concrete structure, a payment of 20% of the purchase price will be due.
– After the walls and roof structure are completed, another payment of 20% of the purchase price will be due.
– Upon completion of the interior works, a further payment of 20% of the purchase price will be due .
Upon villa completion and handover:
– The final payment of 5% of the purchase price will be due.
– The initial reservation payment of THB 500,000 is refunded.
During the pre-launch period prices for Beachfront Villas start at 85 MB (US$ 2,349,000).
Prices for Ocean View Villas start at 65 MB (US$ 1,796,000).

Banyan Tree Residences Sichon are a mere 35-minute car journey from Nakhon Si Thammarat International Airport, they are also within easy distance of Surat Thani and a speedboat ride from Koh Samui. Overland, Route 44 is a spectacular road to Krabi and onwards to Phuket.
